12 Days of (Vintage) Christmas, Day 2 – Libbey Santa Chimney Glasses

So, I’m two days into this series, and still don’t have a graphic for it. Well, I do, but it keeps going wonky as a post header image, so I’m still working on it when I have a chance.

Today? I’m sharing these darling Mid-Century Libbey glasses depicting Santa going down the chimney:

(If pin doesn’t load, just hit refresh. That worked for me)

*Pinned from Ruby Lane

I have a (currently incomplete) set of three of these, and will be on the hunt for 1-5 more. I just don’t see them all that often. I passed a set of 5 or 6 up a few years ago because I didn’t know what they were, and then I didn’t see any again until this year. Of course, I scooped them right up!

I know I saw them in the catalogs at Libbey History and that they are from the 60s. If you need a set of these for yourself, check out the usual spots:

Etsy
eBay – there’s currently a set of four with a black background listed there, which I have NEVER seen and had no idea existed!

Thank you, Carol! I do love showing my stuff off when I get the opportunity 🙂 As for the shop, I just keep pushing it back and pushing it back. But it will eventually reopen!
